The video has 3 parts. Part 1 and 2 are 6 minutes long - part 3 is 8 minutes long - 20 minutes in total.
Part 1 - The cold mirror. (6 minutes long - 4 minutes with sweaty warm hands - 2 minutes with sweaty warm footsoles)
Please take a cold and clean mirror. Put it against a wall so it stays upright. Both models should kneel down before the mirror.
They should have very warm hands that are a bit naturally sweaty. Dont fake it with water please. Now the models should touch the top part of the mirror gently.
They should not press their hands on the mirror - just touch it barely. Now they should wait some seconds until the condensations starts to rise around their hands.
Then both models should slowly and gently rub their handpalms and fingers very slowly over the mirror until its completely smeary. The should moan a bit in the last 2 minutes.
After 4 minutes they should put off their sneaker shoes so that they have bare feet. Then they should both put their sweaty warm soles on the top part of the mirror.
Wait again some seconds and then rub them slowly without pressing them hard on the glass until the mirror is getting more and more smeary.

Part 2 - The cold window. (6 minutes long - 4 minutes with sweaty warm hands - 2 minutes with sweaty warm footsoles)
Now do the same thing with a cold and clean windowglass. But film everything with the camera through the glass.
So the camera is facing their handpalms and later in the video their soles through the glass.
Part 3 - Balloons popping (8 minutes long - 6 minutes with Balloons - 2 minutes with strong plastic bag/freezer bag)
Both girls should sit next to each other. They should take some balloons that are underinflated, so that they dont have much air in them.
Some Balloons should be bigger and some smaller. All ballooons should be very squishy. Both girls should have short fingernails for this.
Now both girls should take the Balloons and pop them with their hands without using any extra tools. Only their hands. They should moan in the end.
They should pop some balloons together both with their hands on it, squeezing and torturing them until they pop.
In the last 2 minutes they should get some strong plastic bags or freezer bags that have a strong surface.
The Bags should be filled very tight with air. Now both models should poke one or two fingers into the bags until the fingers pierce through them
